CARING FOR OUR COMMUNITY
Formerly known as Monbulk Care Network, this organisation was formed in 1995 as a mission of Open Door Community Church, in response to issues of community need within the Monbulk area. Whilst the name may have changed, it is still the same community service which aims to: Work within the community, seeking to reflect the love of Christ, through demonstrating values of justice, love and equality.
ODCCare focuses on providing support for those in need. With the assistance of donations from the wider community, we offer furniture, clothing, food parcels, limited financial assistance and community information. We also seek to foster cooperation and partnership with other agencies, schools and churches.

The Open Door Community Care Op Shop is a fabulous place to purchase affordable homewares, bric-a-brac, recycled furniture, books, toys, clothing, fairtrade goods handcrafted goods, homemade and local preserves, honey, eggs, cd’s, records, videos and more.
Donations of good quality goods are greatly appreciated.

Located in the laneway beside the Op Shop. Fantastic range of plants & pots at great prices.
Food Pantry
Located on the corner of David Hill & Moxhams Rd, in the cream building beside the church.
